Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Introduction

At The Comms Clinic, we aim to provide high-quality consultancy and communication services.
This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains when you may be entitled to a refund and how cancellations are handled for services booked through our website www.thecommsclinic.co.uk.

 

2. Cancellations by Clients
  • You may cancel or reschedule a booking by contacting us at pete@commsclinic.co.uk.
     

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled session will receive a full refund or can be rescheduled at no cost.
     

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session may be charged in full, as we reserve that time exclusively for you.
     

  • If you do not attend a booked session without notice, the session will be considered non-refundable.
     

 

3. Rescheduling
  • You may request to reschedule a session at least 48 hours in advance without penalty.
     

  • We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your new preferred time.
     

  • Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the booking may incur a charge at our discretion.
     

 

4. Cancellations by The Comms Clinic
  • If we need to cancel or postpone your session (e.g., due to illness, unforeseen circumstances, or technical issues), we will notify you as soon as possible.
     

  • You will be offered the choice of a rescheduled session or a full refund.
     

  • We will not be responsible for any indirect or consequential losses resulting from a cancelled or rescheduled appointment.
     

 

5. Refunds for Services
  • Refunds (where applicable) will be issued using the same payment method used for the original booking.
     

  • Please allow up to 7–10 working days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
     

  • We do not offer refunds for completed consultancy sessions or delivered services.
